1) Printfil's menu
This
is the fastest way to contact us. Right-click
the Printfil's trayed icon and choose Help
-> Contact Support. A
configuration report will be automatically generated and attached to
the e-mail message.
Requires Microsoft Outlook or a MAPI e-mail client installed (Microsoft
Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Mail etc.)
2) e-mail
If
Printfil is installed on a PC which is not connected to the internet,
or without a standard mail client installed:
- Download
the
"Printfil's support report generator" (support.exe) by clicking this link
- Save
it in the Printfil's installation directory (usually c:\Program
Files\Printfil)
- Run
it. After a few moments a text file containing your local Printfil/machine
configuration will popup on
screen
- Save that text file without modify its content, and
send it by e-mail to support@printfil.com
3) This page
