Chapter 15 - Technical support

You can contact the Technical Support via e-mail also during the Product's evaluation period.

The fastest way to contact the Support is by using the Printfil's menu entry: "Help -> Contact Support".

By clicking the menu entry, an e-mail message will be automatically created and shown on screen. That message will have your configuration files in attachment, so that the Support Team will obtain all the needed information in order to timely solve your problem. You only have to add a brief explanation of the problem and to send the message.

This feature requires a MAPI compatible e-mail client (for example Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird and others) or an SMTP server already configured in Printfil (please search for the "EMailClient" word at Chapter 4: "Miscellaneous Options").

If Printfil is not yet correctly configured to send out e-mail messages or if your machine is not connected to the Internet, you can contact us also by the http://www.printfil.com/esupp.htm page.
