Why don't you reply my messages ?
We always answer all the requests we receive. The average answer time is 3 hours; often less during working hours.
If you don't receive a reply within 1 working day, then there are 2 cases:
First of all, if you're using an antispam software, please check your "spam" folder. Our reply might have been forwarded there.
If so, you should open your filters to the e-mail addresses coming from the printfil.com domain to avoid this happening again in future.
If you cannot find our reply anywhere, then please contact us by the Support Center, as described in the Contact Printfil Support page instead of using your own e-mail client.
If possible, please provide us even an alternative e-mail address we can use to reply you (maybe it's your ISP - Internet Service Provider - that's filtering out our messages)
